Induction Heating Clamp Coils for Coating Applications:

Induction heating clamp coils are specifically designed for coating heating processes, ensuring optimal surface preparation for corrosion protection methods such as Heat-Shrinkable Sleeves (HSS), polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) coatings, and Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE).

The opening and closing mechanism, levers, shafts, bolts, and other metallic parts are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments.

Optimized Thermal Performance:

Each coil is designed using thermodynamic simulations to analyse the heat distribution on the joint section and track the progressive heat dissipation after the heating cycle ends.
