Induction Heating Clamp Coils for Coating Applications:

Robust & Insulated Structure:
The main frame is constructed from high class insulating material, providing the necessary strength for field operations while ensuring complete electrical insulation for operator safety.
Durable Stainless Steel Components:
The opening and closing mechanism, levers, shafts, bolts, and other metallic parts are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments.
Optimized Thermal Performance:
Each coil is designed using thermodynamic simulations to analyse the heat distribution on the joint section and track the progressive heat dissipation after the heating cycle ends.
These induction heating clamp coils are engineered for efficiency, safety, and durability, making them ideal for demanding field applications.
